Terms of Handover

Welcome to Gela Pristine Limited. We strive to provide unparalleled residential and commercial cleaning services across Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and all areas of Lagos State.

By booking a service, confirming an appointment, or utilizing our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by our Terms of Handover detailed below. These terms are designed to guarantee operational safety, maintain outstanding quality standards, and outline clear operational boundaries for both parties.

1. Booking & Scheduling Lock-In

All home and office cleaning bookings must be formally scheduled via our online platform, telephone channels, or WhatsApp desks. A booking is only officially confirmed once Gela Pristine operations issue a confirmation receipt. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for standard service allocations.

2. Electricity & Running Water Requirements

To carry out high-standard professional deep cleanings, floor restorations, and steam extractions, the client MUST provide continuous running water and steady electrical supply (generator power or mains) at the property. Gela Pristine is not responsible for incomplete handovers resulting from lack of these basic utility provisions.

3. Handover Walks & Formal Sign-off

Upon completing our sanitisation process, our team supervisor will conduct a thorough, supervised physical walkthrough inspection with you or your designated representative. We require a signed Handover Acceptance slip at this time. Once signed off, the service is deemed completed and approved.

4. Luxury Antiquities & Damage Claim Limits

While our highly trained and vetted cleaning crew handles all premium surfaces and delicate items with extreme respect, accidents can occur. Gela Pristine is fully insured for certified negligence claims up to a fixed operational cap. Any damaged antique, luxury painting, or premium finish must be documented and reported to our concierge desk within 24 hours of completion.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees

We lock in specialized crews, vehicles, and materials for your designated slot. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time will incur a late operations fee. We strive to offer complimentary scheduling shifts if request guidelines are respected.

6. Payment Deliveries & Tax Compliance

Invoices must be settled prior to or immediately upon service handover, depending on account approvals. Corporate contracts are subject to Lagos State and Federal taxation laws, including VAT. Delinquent accounts are subject to automatic suspension of scheduled cleaning rosters.
